Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT security infrastructure including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA standards
- Monitor security alerts and respond to potential threats in real-time

Qualifications
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT security with federal systems
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight) and vulnerability scanners
- Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and FISMA compliance frameworks
