Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for federal agency networks and systems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues in compliance with federal standards.
- Document technical configurations, incident reports, and change management procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
- Conduct user training sessions and IT awareness briefings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI model).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and standard operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen eligible for a Public Trust or Secret security clearance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
