Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced security protocols for federal networks and systems.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Ensure strict compliance with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP security standards.
- Monitor security systems 24/7 to detect and respond to cyber threats and anomalies.
- Lead incident response efforts and root cause analysis for security breaches.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training for federal personnel.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Certifications: CISSP, GSEC, or equivalent (Security+ or CEH considered).
- Deep understanding of network architecture, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
