What You'll Do:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to federal agency personnel via phone and ticketing systems.
- Manage IT service tickets and ensure timely resolution in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software assets across federal networks.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal cybersecurity standards, including NIST and FedRAMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex network connectivity and system anomalies.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations for audit readiness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- U.S. Citizenship required for potential Secret Clearance eligibility.
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Secret clearance upon hire.
