Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to federal agency staff and management.
- Assist in the collection, organization, and processing of sensitive government documents and data.
- Communicate with the public, stakeholders, and internal team members via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Participate in training programs and orientation sessions to understand federal regulations and protocols.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite and internal government software.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for non-citizen citizenship under federal law.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; applicants currently pursuing a degree in any field are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Background: Must be able to pass a federal background investigation and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel) and strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
