Responsibilities
- Assist federal officers and agency staff with daily administrative operations and document management.
- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare, organize, and file sensitive government records and reports in compliance with regulations.
- Update databases and maintain accurate tracking of office inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings and assist with travel arrangements when required.

Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold Permanent Residency status.
