Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist with processing incoming mail, filing, and data entry to ensure smooth office operations.
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for the public, answering inquiries and directing calls professionally.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized digital and physical records in compliance with federal regulations.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research to compile statistical data and draft reports for agency leadership.
- Compliance: Monitor activities to ensure adherence to established policies and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for federal employment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check and obtain a security clearance.
