Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate Social Security benefit claims with precision
- Conduct detailed interviews with claimants to gather critical information
- Analyze medical/non-medical evidence to determine eligibility
- Apply complex federal regulations to individual case scenarios
- Prepare written determinations and communicate decisions clearly
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Collaborate with attorneys and medical consultants on complex cases
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to interpret and apply federal regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and case management systems
- Attention to detail with 95%+ accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks
