Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Customer Assistance: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Document Processing: Prepare, review, and distribute internal correspondence and federal forms accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred but not always required for entry-level GS-1/2 roles.
