Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of program data to support executive decision-making processes.
- Prepare and edit internal memos, briefing papers, and official correspondence with a focus on accuracy and tone.
- Coordinate with inter-agency partners to facilitate information sharing and resource allocation.
- Monitor compliance with federal guidelines, OMB regulations, and internal agency policies.
- Maintain accurate records and databases using government-approved software and systems.
- Conduct research to support policy development and legislative initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance (background investigation required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
