Responsibilities
- Analyze program data and prepare performance reports for veteran service initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement program objectives
- Review and process veteran benefit applications ensuring compliance with federal regulations
- Develop and maintain databases for program tracking and reporting
- Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis for assigned programs
- Support outreach initiatives to connect veterans with available resources
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
