- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the organization of office supplies and inventory management.
- Support senior staff with various ad-hoc administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet navigation).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
