Key Responsibilities

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases for federal reporting requirements.
- Conduct research to support policy initiatives and administrative functions.
- Communicate with stakeholders, applicants, and agency personnel via phone and email.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (Federal employment requirement).
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
