Responsibilities
- Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email with a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in the processing and filing of public records, documents, and correspondence.
- Update internal databases and spreadsheets with high attention to detail.
- Support senior officers with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and meeting preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and office environment.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management.
Qualifications
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively to residents' needs.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Willingness to undergo a standard background check.
