Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk reception and direct visitors to appropriate departments
- Manage phone lines, emails, and digital correspondence
- Assist with document processing, filing, and record maintenance
- Support departmental meetings with preparation and documentation
- Process routine permits, applications, and public inquiries
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry and basic report generation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
