Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding government services.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records for departmental files.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate scheduling for department staff and manage meeting room logistics.
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards regarding sensitive government information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required for entry-level).
- Basic computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
