Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and answering multi-line telephones.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Prepare, compose, and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Process incoming mail and distribute to staff members promptly.
- Support senior staff with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
