Responsibilities
- Support department operations through data entry, record maintenance, and document processing
- Assist citizens with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Manage filing systems and ensure compliance with public record regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on community initiatives

Qualifications
