Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support to government staff and the public.
- Manage and update case files and records using secure government databases.
- Assist in processing applications, correspondence, and documentation accurately.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports as required.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key departmental objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) including English and Mathematics.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
