Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews and gather necessary documentation from new clients regarding public assistance programs.
- Assist in the administration and compliance monitoring of state health and social service initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic records in strict accordance with government regulations.
- Communicate with government agencies and external stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and facilitate processes.
- Participate in community outreach events to promote available government services to the local population.
- Support the Case Management team in daily operations and workflow efficiency improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation are preferred.
