Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Assist the public with the completion of forms, applications, and information requests for city services.
- Sort and distribute mail, process invoices, and maintain accurate filing systems using both physical and digital methods.
- Perform data entry tasks into government databases with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support senior staff with various general office duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Valid Colorado Driverβs License is preferred but not mandatory.
