Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate records and filing systems for government documents.
- Assist the public by answering phones, directing inquiries, and providing general information.
- Perform high-speed data entry with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for department supervisors.
