Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance of sensitive departmental records using government databases and filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to citizens visiting the office or calling our dedicated helpline.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and distribution of administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for department staff and visitors to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring strict compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory standards.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it to appropriate staff members promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse population.
