Responsibilities

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital records in our state database systems.
- Assist senior staff in preparing reports, agendas, and briefing materials for departmental meetings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to constituents visiting our offices or contacting us via phone.
- Conduct research on public records and compile statistical data for internal reviews.
- Support office logistics including filing, inventory management, and supply coordination.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced government environment.
- No prior government experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
