Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and management of state records and files.
- Assist in the processing of incoming correspondence and public inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Prepare and proofread routine reports, memos, and administrative documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office workflows and improve departmental efficiency.
- Support special projects and events as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under time pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
