Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Monitor and secure government facilities during weekend shifts to ensure safety and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Data Processing: Accurately process, verify, and enter high-volume data into secure government databases and filing systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist with the preparation of weekly reports, correspondence, and documentation required for agency operations.
- Security Protocols: Enforce access control procedures, conduct routine inspections, and respond to facility alerts promptly.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend visitors and staff, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory to ensure operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative operations, data entry, or facility security.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work alternating weekends (e.g., Saturday and Sunday) and have consistent reliability.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal government software systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Background: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
