Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize incoming mail, faxes, and electronic correspondence with high accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical records for agency files.
- Assist the public by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Prepare and assemble official documents, reports, and meeting packets.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with procurement for necessary office equipment.
- Support administrative staff with special projects and filing systems.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid North Carolina driver's license is preferred.
