Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and filing systems for city departments.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, copying, and faxing.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute official correspondence and reports.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding city services, permits, and regulations.
- Process applications and documents in a timely and error-free manner.

Qualifications
