- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records for various city departments.
- Administrative Support: Perform essential clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
