Responsibilities
- Manage incoming mail, emails, and telephone inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records of state documents.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department personnel.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, memos, and reports for senior staff.
- Operate standard office equipment including scanners, printers, and fax machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
