Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and document filing for various state departments and agencies.
- Assist senior staff with research, report preparation, and administrative support tasks.
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both digital and physical filing systems.
- Support the coordination of inter-departmental meetings and conference logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all state and local government regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. Citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
