Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming phone inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Process and review incoming applications, forms, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Provide accurate information regarding state programs, policies, and procedures to citizens.
- Maintain and update accurate records in secure government database systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports and data entry tasks.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the service desk.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
