Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process and file government documents, applications, and records accurately and efficiently.
- Assist visitors with accessing public information and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform basic data entry and update of internal databases with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
- Operate standard office equipment including printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (10-20 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
