Responsibilities
- Support departmental operations through data entry, record maintenance, and document processing
- Assist in policy research and draft preliminary reports for city initiatives
- Respond to constituent inquiries via phone/email with accurate information
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects using digital platforms like Microsoft Teams
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and confidentiality protocols

Qualifications
