Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log and manage incoming IT service requests using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripherals.
- Conduct research to identify and recommend innovative technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement system upgrades, patches, and security measures.
- Perform routine network monitoring to ensure system availability and performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
