Responsibilities
- Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of federal IT systems and networks.
- Perform data entry and document management tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping for government projects.
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior administrators.
- Support cybersecurity protocols and assist in the implementation of security awareness training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet federal agency deadlines and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive government information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in a professional office environment in Fort Worth, TX.
