Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment of new IT equipment and software updates across the facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets and supplies.
- Respond to service tickets and user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security protocols and best practices.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Required for federal employment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation (Secret level eligibility is a plus).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
