Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Greet visitors and provide general information about agency services and operations.
- Assist with preparing reports, memos, and documents for internal review.
- Support administrative staff with daily office operations and supply management.
- Ensure the reception area and office spaces are organized and presentable.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the United States.
