- Collaborate with senior administrators to ensure compliance with state and federal pension regulations.
- Prepare and organize documentation for retirement packets and benefit summaries.
- Assist in the analysis of statistical data related to pension fund performance and member contributions.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced government office environment.
- Willingness to obtain necessary government security clearance.
