- Conduct eligibility determinations and benefit calculations per OPERS policies
- Respond to member inquiries regarding pension plans and retirement options
- Assist in quarterly reporting and compliance audits for fiduciary oversight
- Maintain secure digital records using OPERS' proprietary systems
- Collaborate with finance and HR departments on plan modifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in benefits administration or financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to handle confidential data with strict compliance protocols
