Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Assist senior staff with preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Sort and distribute mail, ensuring timely delivery of important documents.
- Support office operations by performing light clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; no prior work experience necessary.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
