Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence, inquiries, and documents from the public and state agencies.
- Assist in the organization, archiving, and digitization of confidential government records.
- Perform accurate data entry and analysis using state-approved enterprise software.
- Support senior staff with administrative coordination, including scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office inventory and process supply requisitions efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to state regulations, compliance protocols, and office policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or Business preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data privacy and security.
