Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems for real estate and land records.
- Greet visitors warmly and provide accurate information regarding office procedures.
- Assist the public with the intake, scanning, and processing of legal documents.
- Perform routine data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional office environment.
- Handle incoming phone calls and route messages to the appropriate staff members.
- Collaborate with senior staff to learn agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior government or clerical experience is necessary; full training will be provided.
- Basic computer literacy (typing proficiency and familiarity with word processing).
