Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document processing
- Assist constituents with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Maintain accurate records and databases following state protocols
- Support department operations through scheduling and coordination
- Process forms and applications with attention to detail
- Participate in cross-departmental training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
