Responsibilities
- Manage incoming mail, emails, and faxes; distribute them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
- Perform routine data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Answer multi-line telephones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the correct staff members.
- Prepare and proofread basic administrative documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the coordination of office supplies and inventory management.
- Support senior staff with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior professional experience is necessary; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and fellow employees.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
