Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage high-volume telephone inquiries and route calls to the appropriate departments accurately.
- Perform accurate data entry for government records, forms, and databases.
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital files in strict accordance with state protocols.
- Prepare and process incoming mail, correspondence, and interoffice communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and general administrative support for senior staff.
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a professional work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
