Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and departmental staff.Conduct routine system checks and perform basic network administration tasks.Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory records.Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced government environment.
