Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding municipal services, permits, and city regulations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

- Monitor and document daily operations to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
- Operate standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and multi-line telephones.
- Prepare routine reports and assist in the compilation of statistical data.
Qualifications
