Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and take accurate messages.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Operate standard office equipment, such as computers, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support staff with various special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-service attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Must be a resident of the State of Texas.
