- Develop public outreach materials on environmental regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- 3+ years of professional environmental regulatory experience
- Valid California Environmental Professional certification
- Proficiency with GIS mapping and environmental modeling software
- Strong analytical skills for complex environmental data interpretation
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Experience with NEPA documentation and regulatory frameworks
